Have you always wanted to learn Spanish but did not know how to start? We provide an exciting and fun environment where you will learn the basics of the Spanish language and learn how to communicate and interact in different situations. This class is an immersion class, a newer approach to learning a language. It’s challenging, but also fun and interactive!

Classes run for 9 weeks, 2 hours per week, at our Clintonville location. Classes are very small, so please do not hesitate to enroll! To enroll, select a class then click the “Register” button next to it, Contact Us or call us at 614-822-6797.

Make-up Classes: It’s no problem to miss 1 or 2 classes during the session. Your teacher will send you homework to help you keep up. We always review material from each previous class. We do not have standard make-up classes available. Our classes are very small and tend to fill up, so often there is not space available to attend an alternative class on a different day. You may check with your teacher, but in general it's not widely available. It is ok to miss 1 or 2 classes without falling behind.

Holiday and Weather/Emergency Policy: If a class falls on a holiday and everyone in the class agrees to hold class, we will. If anyone in the class is not able to attend due to the holiday, the group will agree on a make-up date or the session will be extended by 1 week. Any unforeseen circumstances, like poor weather conditions, will also require the group to agree a make-up date or extend the session by 1 week.

What Our Students Say

“Teachers are very patient and provide an environment very conducive for learning. The options to practice in class are amazing. Each student has a lot of time to speak with other students and with the teacher, which allows for correction. The immersion classes are amazing because they force you to listen and concentrate.”Hugh Gloster - Student

“Here the classes are small, so your turn to speak comes around more frequently and you get more personalized attention. I like the fact that the teachers are from different Spanish speaking countries because you get different accents.”Scott Albert - Student

“Having native teachers makes the most sense for me, there is a cultural aspect that shines through. I think the balance between having fun and learning is crucial. It’s exactly what I was looking for. I really like learning Spanish, so I’m having a blast!”Daniel Klemmer - Student

Our Methodology: Immersion Learning

Immersion: Learning Spanish in Spanish

We believe it is essential for students to learn naturally through conversation and on going practice, the same way we learned our first language!
In an immersion setting, students are given tools to help them interpret the language as they experience it, rather than learning from memorization or a grammar book.

Why do we use the immersion approach?

The only tried and true way to learn to THINK in another language is to learn through immersion. Otherwise, you're just memorizing another language.
If you're new to immersion, it can be challenging at first, but that's ok! Our classes are also fun and engaging, and you'll feel real pride the first time you have a basic exchange in Spanish.
